Principal accountabilities:
- Achieve company long-term + mid-term Service goals.
- Devise and achieve company CMD Service Objectives.
- Ensure facilities, staff, equipment and systems are in place to achieve the Divisional Objectives.
- Agree on the Service Budget which is to be in line with the objectives and goals, and achieve it.
- Resolve Regions issues on Technical matters in the shortest possible time.
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 10 years as Senior Cat Service Manager with a CAT Dealer, preferably with overseas experience.
General Profile:
- Computer literacy
- knowledge of CAT Service Management Systems.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve their objectives as individuals and part of a successful multi–national team.
