Reports to: Director, CMD.
Primary purpose of the job:

• Overall responsibility for service Policies & Procedures, and the development
  and implementation of company-wide service plans.
• Plan for the profitable operation and growth of the CMD Service Operations.
• Work with the Regions, for the future development of Service facilities, Assets and Human Resources.
• Support other CMD activities related to Service (SOS Lab, CSD (Central Stores Depot) Operations, Quality Control Center & Special Projects).
• Develop and enhance Service DCAL by working with the Regions.
• Manage CSD operations on Service & Quality Control.
